Be Present

 

Move With The Flow

As you embark on your journey

Of discovering yourself, of knowing yourself

There will be many stops and destinations to explore

At times the journey will unravel effortlessly

And you will move through the flow, with the flow and be in the present moment

Absorbing the moment, experiencing the moment, learning from the moment

For when you move with the flow there is no resistance

There is no fear, there are no doubts

Allowing your journey to go in the direction you need it to go

By being open, by being receptive, by trusting the flow will continue

Be open to the possibilities for they abound all around you

Waiting for you to open your eyes, to open your heart, to open your mind

To the vast expanse and the unlimited opportunities that await you

Yet too often you live in a state of doubt

Blocking the flow, blocking the opportunities and closing the door to all that lies beyond

You live in a time where much is questioned

Yet you live in a time where you know the answers

For this is a time to be all you need to be
