As you embark on your journey

Of discovering yourself of knowing yourself

There will be many stops and destinations to explore

At times the journey will unravel effortlessly

And you will move through the flow, with the flow

And be in the present moment, absorbing the moment,

Experiencing the moment, learning from the moment

For when you move with the flow there is no resistance

There is no fear, there are no doubts

Allowing your journey to go in the direction you need it to go
