Elements of Nature

The rain falls relentlessly

The harsh winds blow

The elements of nature are not to be reckoned

The pouring rain beats down faster and faster

There is no letting up

The rain keeps falling

Torrential

There is no way to stop the rain

For this is nature at its finest

We cannot control nature

But need to live side by side and within nature

Fire and Water, two strong elements

Both so necessary yet both can be so dangerous

When taken to the extreme

The fires wrecked havoc on many lands

Yet hurricanes too have caused havoc to many

Fire and water, ecessary elements

With which we cannot live without

Yet taken to the extreme

They cause loss of lives and upheaval
