Each of us has our own journey

To travel

Each of us our path to travel

There are thorns to be encountered

And roses to be smelled

At times it seems as though

The rose bush is one of only thorns

Let Go of Expectations

This is something that challenges me on a daily basis. I am so results oriented and sometimes I don't have the patience when things move at a slower pace than I want. I want things to happen and I want them to happen

Move With The Flow

As you embark on your journey

Of discovering yourself, of knowing yourself

There will be many stops and destinations to explore

At times the journey will unravel effortlessly

And you will move through the flow, with the flow and be in the present moment

Absorbing the moment, experiencing the moment, learning from the moment

For when you move with the flow there is no resistance

There is no fear, there are no doubts

Allowing your journey to go in the direction you need it to go
